The Job

We are looking for individuals that want to learn a unique skill and progress in their career. No previous experience is necessary and full training will be provided. Previous experience in manufacturing or engineering is highly beneficial.

We operate in a multitude of high performance and safety critical markets by providing quality ropes to many sectors including leisure marine, height safety, renewable energy and Defence.

Our ropes are manufactured at our production facility in Malvern by a team of skilled operator/technicians that we seek to expand to satisfy market demand.

Working within a dedicated sub-team to manufacture essential elements of the final rope product. Translating written works order instructions into a product that meets acceptable levels of quality and output. Managing braiding or other machines by keeping them loaded and attended during the allocated shift. Full training will be provided. Certain areas of the factory require hearing protection (provided). A rewarding role that transforms raw material into finished product.

The Hours

Standard hours are Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00, including paid morning and afternoon breaks.

Our night shift hours are Monday Night to Thursday night 18.00 - 06.30, including paid breaks through the night.

Overtime is available and is standard overtime is reflected in the advert pay rates at the lower level. Overtime is paid as 1.3x standard rate for week day, 1.5x for Saturday and is readily available.

Holiday 28 days annually rising to 30 inline with service (including bank holiday and public holidays)

We are looking for 3 people to join our team, 2 people on the day shift, and 1 person on the night shift.

Pay: 12.21-15.87 per hour
