We are currently looking to strengthen our Production Team with the addition of a
Machine Operator
.
In this role, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to ensure optimal efficiency while maintaining high quality standards. You will also be expected to monitor machine performance, identify any issues, and report them promptly to the engineering team.
As part of a large production team, the ideal candidate will demonstrate strong teamwork skills, the ability to perform well under pressure, and a mechanical mindset. Good numeracy, literacy, and reading skills are essential.
This position involves working
5 days out of 7
on a
rotational shift pattern
