Job Description

We are looking for a highly adaptable candidate who can work well independently and as a team while overcoming the daily challenges in this line of work.

The work will vary including but not limited the below items:
- General digger operations on site - bulking, loading, trimming and everything between
- Dumper, Roller & Tele operating as required
- Drainage
- Concreting
- Paving
- Demolition / site clearance
- Other General 'Groundworks'
- Fencing
- Percolation tests (training provided)
- Tractor Flail mowing & Stone burying (training provided)

The ideal candidate will have a can do attitude, committed to the role and polite to all clients, while completing the works to a high standard in a timely manner. We do operate electronic timesheets so a level of tech skills is required. We also operate random drugs testing so must be able to pass.

In return a package can be negotiated as this role could be full time or part time as well as PAYE or Self Employed depending on your situation. 200+ (Self Employed) available for the right candidate. Van / Tipper again available dependant on negotiation. We are a strong team working closely together in our Family Lead business with a friendly hard working atmosphere. You will be a valued member of the team not just a number like in a larger firm.

No more than 6 points - license check will be required
