About the Role

We're looking for a reliable and experienced

Machine Operator

to join our fast-paced manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll be responsible for operating machinery and ensuring the consistent production of high-quality paper bags. If you thrive in a factory setting, take pride in your work, and value teamwork, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and monitor machinery to meet daily production targets Check and maintain product quality throughout the manufacturing process Pack finished products according to company standards Maintain a clean and organized work environment Complete production paperwork accurately and on time Follow all Health & Safety and hygiene regulations Perform other duties as required to support production goals

What We're Looking For

Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing setting (required) Experience operating production machinery (preferred) Good attention to detail and quality control Ability to work well in a team environment Strong communication and time-management skills Willingness to work flexible hours or shifts if needed
