About the Role

As a leading manufacturer of air bubble cushioning, we're looking for proactive and driven Production Machine Operators to join our team. This is a hands-on role operating heavy-duty machinery in a fast-paced environment. After initial and ongoing training, you'll work safely and efficiently, maintain quality standards, and play a key role in supporting our sustainability goals for future growth and development.

Hours: 48 hours per week (Mon-Thu), 12-hour shifts rotating days/nights (Days 6:00-18:00 / Nights 18:00-6:00)-Must be able to work days and nights as part of the rotational system.

Key Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

Operate machinery safely and efficiently Monitor machine operations and maintain quality standards Complete production schedules accurately Handle materials and move full pallets to holding area Maintain good housekeeping and support recycling initiatives Report faults and assist with problem-solving Responsibilities a may expand as you develop in the role.

What we're looking for:

Can work in a fast-paced and demanding environment Can read, understand, and complete production schedules Physically able to move full pallets and lift products (1kg-30kg) Comfortable working with material specifications (weights and measures) Can work with plastic air bubble cushioning products Good numeracy, written, and verbal communication skills Physically fit for prolonged standing, walking, and lifting

Particulars:

Previous manufacturing experience beneficial (full training provided) Monthly shift allowance Overtime opportunities when available PPE and uniform supplied
