We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting various machinery to ensure efficient production processes. Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

To run and operate a casemaker/ flexo folder gluer Ensure that all health and safety set out in training is adhered to by you and your team All agreed KPI's are challenged and achieved (Safety, Quality, Run-Speed, Set times, Downtime, 5s and Waste) Training needs analysis for your team and action plan (supported by operations Management Close liaison with other teams within Belmont including (team leader, key operators, production, planning, transport, design and administrators) Reporting requirements are met such as end of Shift reports, issues during the shift and actions taken All Holiday requests are to be submitted on a holiday form, by you and your Team, and need sign off before taking Utilise your Team to maximise its efficiency and that output is always at maximum levels Abaca is used correctly, and all work orders completed accurately (training will be provided) There will be a need for you to be trained to a reasonable standard on all production equipment, this is necessary as you react to the needs of your Team and other Teams within the business Full cooperation required when banked hours are required during busy periods Any other reasonable request by Management

Experience operating Casemakers or flexo folder gluers Natural leadership skills Excellent verbal communication Friendly and approachable Multitasker Decision Maker Flexible Problem Solver Goal Setter Good Level of IT and numerical Skills Strong Levels of initiative Ability to operate equipment safely while maintaining high standards of quality control. Good organisational skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Pay: 25,500.00-27,500.00 per year
