Machine Operator - Day Shift

We're looking for an experienced

Machine Operator

to join a fast-paced and expanding manufacturing and distribution company in Wolverhampton. This is a great opportunity for someone skilled in machine operation who's seeking a long-term, stable role.

Working Hours:

Standard Shift:

Monday - Thursday: 7:30am - 4:30pm Friday: 7:30am - 1:30pm Flexibility required, as shifts may move to: Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 4:30pm
Key Responsibilities:

Operate various machinery including punch press, bending tools, and manual equipment Cut materials to size using saws Accurately read and interpret engineering drawings Carry out machining tasks involving measurements and calculations Pack and prepare finished products for dispatch Support general labouring and warehouse duties Perform manual handling and heavy lifting as needed
Requirements:

Previous experience operating industrial machinery Confident in reading and interpreting engineering drawings Strong practical and problem-solving skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Comfortable with physical tasks and manual handling Available for fixed day shifts
