Pay Rate: 13.50 per hour Holidays: 28 days per year (inclusive of bank holidays) Shifts: Rotating 06:00 - 14:15 and 14:00 - 22:00 Working Days: Monday-Friday
Breaks will consist of two 30 minutes which one of these is unpaid.

The roles are all on 6 months probationary periods with 3 appraisals with the operator done during this period.

You must have had experience working as a machine operator

Operate pouch-filling equipment to produce high-quality bath products. Set up and calibrate machines according to production specifications. Monitor fill weights and adjust settings to ensure accuracy and consisten cy. Conduct quality checks to maintain product standards. Maintain efficient and continuous line operation. Follow all hygiene protocols and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) guidelines. Uphold high standards of housekeeping and cleanliness in the production area. Perform general production duties as required. Collaborate with team members to meet daily output and productivity targets. Report equipment issues or production concerns to supervisors promptly. Operate pouch-filling machines in accordance with SOPs and production schedules. Feed empty pouches into the machine and ensure they meet specification requirements. Monitor fill weights and make adjustments to keep product within target ranges. Conduct in-process quality checks and escalate any concerns regarding defects, weights, or seal quality. Maintain consistent line speed and minimise downtime through proactive monitoring. Alert the Production Coordinator or Engineering team to any mechanical or product-related issues. Complete basic machine checks, cleaning, and changeovers as required. Support with downstream activities including packing, palletising, and material loading. Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation. Follow all hygiene, quality, and safety procedures without exception.
