Overview

Working within a high volume moulding department, The core role will be of an experienced machine/warehouse operator, you will be required operate a machine and warehouse duties. Capable of operating to the set quality standards with experience and ability to highlight potential production downtime concerns and continuously improve quality and productivity. Also capable of warehouse tasks, picking and location items, packaging already to dispatch. The role is hybrid and you could be between units and departments throughout the week.

You will ensure that all finished goods are packed and recorded accurately. Aware of others needs around you and work as part of a team to aid overall production,
while adhering to safety protocols.

Dayshift - 7:30 till 4;30 Monday till Thursday, 7:30 till 1:30 Friday.

Duties

Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance and quality output. Assemble components and pack products according to specifications. Handle materials effectively. Utilise hand tools and equipment for production or dispatch tasks. Collaborate with team members to improve processes. Maintain accurate records of production and dispatch activities and report any discrepancies. Apply basic math's skills for measurements and calculations related to production tasks.

Experience.

Proven experience as a Machine/warehouse Operator or in a similar role within a manufacturing setting. Strong factory knowledge Familiarity with plastic molding materials and handling processes. Proficient in using hand tools and operating machinery safely. Ability to perform basic math's calculations accurately. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
