Job Description

We are a busy engineering and manufacturing business looking to expand our Production team with a reliable and skilled Machine & P-Clip Operator.

Key Responsibilities

Operate machinery and equipment used in the manufacture of components and assemblies Accurately produce and install P-clips and associated fixings Measure, cut, and prepare materials according to specifications Carry out quality checks to ensure parts meet required standards Maintain a clean and safe working area Assist with general workshop duties as required Maintain a clean and safe work environment A flexible approach to production tasks. Self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently Inspects products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications. Maintain machine housekeeping, ensure cutting fluids, lubricants and tooling are managed.

Requirements

Previous experience in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Ability to operate workshop machinery safely and confidently Good attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work Ability to follow technical instructions and work to measurements Reliable, hardworking, and able to work well within a team.
