About the Role:

As a Machine Technician, you'll be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of our gaming machines, including slot machines, fruit machines, across two of our venues in Hull. Your role is crucial in ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Diagnose and repair faults in gaming machines and associated equipment Perform routine maintenance and software updates Ensure machines are compliant with industry regulations and safety standards Respond promptly to technical issues on the gaming floor Maintain accurate service logs and inventory of spare parts Collaborate with the operations team to improve machine uptime and customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience in a similar technical or engineering role (gaming or amusement industry preferred) Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Basic understanding of electronics and mechanical systems Ability to work independently and under pressure Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
