Made-To-Measure Specialist

to join our team to assist with the day to day running of our MTM boutique.

Role Description

We are looking for a motivated Made-To-Measure Specialist who can contribute to creating a memorable shopping experience for our diverse customers. This full-time on-site job is located in our boutique in Bloomsbury, London. The ideal candidate has a passion for menswear and tailoring, strong attention to detail, experience in luxury customer service and strong ability to engage with customers, ensuring they have a high-quality experience. The Made-To-Measure Specialist will be responsible for assisting clients with made-to-measure fittings, advising on fabric and design options, taking precise measurements, and managing orders from initial consultation to final delivery. The role also includes maintaining client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service throughout the process.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and understand their needs in order to deliver high quality assistance and the expert 40 Colori experience that our customers expect Ensuring the highest level of customer service by providing a personal and expert made-to-measure experience Assisting customers with Made-To-Measure appointments, including design, fabric selection, measurement taking and fit assessment Providing customers with expert advice on fabric options, garment styles, tailoring options and menswear knowledge Assisting customers with garment fittings and preparing alterations to then pass to our on-site tailor Keeping our schedule organized and ensuring deadlines are met for delivery and alterations Contribute to the continued growth of 40 Colori and refining our Made-To-Measure experience

Personal Attributes

Experience and knowledge in menswear tailoring, fitting and measuring Knowledge in menswear tailoring, construction, fit, fabrics and design Organized, detail oriented, reliable, punctual, professional and ready to work in a fast-paced and creative environment A proactive attitude towards learning about our story, ethos and products.
