About the Role

:

As a Mailing Technician, you'll be at the heart of our production process, sometimes operating mailing equipment and using software most of the time to prepare and process a variety of printed materials for distribution. These include direct mail solutions, promotional games for newspapers, scratch cards, and breakopens, each requiring precision and creativity. You'll also support our in-house software projects and troubleshoot any software-related issues in production, gaining valuable problem-solving skills along the way.

What You'll Do

:

Develop and refine software for direct mail, scratch cards, breakopens, and promotional games. Support in-house software development initiatives, gaining exposure to multiple project phases. Prepare and process items such as letters, brochures, and promotional materials ready for machine production. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with mailing machinery or software. Work closely with the production team to meet deadlines and client requirements.

What We're Looking For

:

A interest in software solutions that integrate with tangible products. Problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to tackle technical challenges. Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach. Basic computer skills and willingness to learn mailing software. An interest in the printing and mailing industry

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 10.00-12.21 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week
