We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Supervise and manage kitchen staff, ensuring smooth daily operations Oversee food production processes, maintaining efficiency and quality control Ensure all food safety regulations and hygiene standards are strictly adhered to Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and minimise waste Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to develop their skills and knowledge Collaborate with front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain a clean, organised, and safe kitchen environment at all times Assist in menu planning and development to keep offerings innovative and appealing

Requirements

Proven experience in a culinary role within hospitality or restaurant environments Supervising experience is highly desirable Strong skills in food preparation, cooking, and food presentation Excellent team management and leadership abilities Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced setting Good organisational skills with attention to detail A passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional customer service Relevant qualifications in culinary arts or hospitality management are preferred

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: 14.50-17.50 per hour

Expected hours: 18 - 30 per week
