ABP Linden have an exciting opportunity based in our Retail site for a Maintenance Administrator & Stores Person
The role involves:

• Daily administration of computerised maintenance system

• Producing reports for the relevant personnel

• Provide administrative support for the maintenance department

• To provide maintenance of stock control for department

• Ordering and issuing of parts and engineering stock

• Collection and delivery of spares and consumables

Requirements

• At least 2 years experience in a similar role

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and reporting skills

• Previous experience of computerised stock systems

• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office systems

• Experience of Excell, Power BI & Pirana desirable

• Have the ability to work as part of a team

• Flexible approach to working hours is essential
