Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day administrative.
Answer phone calls and emails professionally and efficiently
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems
Schedule meetings and manage calendars
Prepare reports, letters, and documentation
Ensure compliance with data protection and safeguarding policies
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role (housing or social care experience is a plus)
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of confidentiality and safeguarding principles
