Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our fast paced team at GHI. The ideal candidate will have experience in property maintenance/refurbishment but that is not essential as full training will be provided. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team where you can really make your mark and make this role your own. Responsibilities



Managing our email inbox and calls Scheduling jobs with tenants and clients Liaising with our team of engineers and sub contractors on a daily basis Dealing with suppliers, ordering parts Preparing and sending quotes Updating our social media accounts on a weekly basis Photographing properties that have undergone refurbishment for social media

Skills



Proven office experience with a strong understanding of administrative procedures Knowledge of Google Workspace and Quickbooks would be advantageous Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills Attention to detail in managing records, correspondence, and data entry tasks Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
