Job Description
The Flatrock Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our growing team. We are looking for someone with a strong trade background--preferably in electrical or plumbing work--who takes pride in delivering high-quality maintenance and repair services across our properties and facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and inspections across company sites Diagnose and resolve electrical, plumbing, and mechanical issues efficiently Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and ensure safety standards Assist with small installations, refurbishments, and property upgrades Work collaboratively with the Facilities and Operations teams to maintain a high standard of presentation and functionality
About You
Trade qualification in Electrician, Plumber, or similar (preferred but not essential) Proven experience in property or facilities maintenance Strong problem-solving skills and a practical, hands-on approach Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on safety and quality Full, clean driving license (if travel between sites is required)
