We're searching for a mechanically-savvy, solution-focusedSMR Maintenance Controller
to optimise vehicle service outcomes across our B2B and B2C networks. If you've got automotive repair experience and thrive under pressure, this is your chance to play a pivotal role in minimising downtime and maximising customer satisfaction.This is the job
What You'll Do:
Handle incoming service queries with clarity and technical confidence Authorise repairs, manage costs, and push for compliance & efficiency Collaborate across Operations, Finance, Sales, and Network teams Influence process improvements and drive smart commercial decisions Communicate service outcomes simply and effectively
What will I be doing?
Who You Are:
NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair Experienced in service resolution and vehicle repair networks A natural problem-solver and strong communicator Able to analyse data, manage cost vs. margin, and adapt fast Skilled in MS Office and confident navigating service legislation
