Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking an organized and customer service-driven individual to join our busy Maintenance Department. This broad and challenging role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work to targets and deadlines, and the capability to build strong relationships with our contractors, landlords, and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:



Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution of issues. Communicate effectively with contractors, landlords, and tenants to facilitate maintenance operations. Manage schedules and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and targets. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and completion statuses. Inspect completed work to ensure quality and compliance with standards. Assist in the procurement and management of contractor services. Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Collaborate with other departments to streamline maintenance processes. Stay updated on industry best practices and compliance regulations.

Qualifications:



Proven experience in a similar role within a maintenance or property management environment. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships. Proficiency in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and standards is a plus.

Pay: From 26,000.00 per year
