Who are we looking for?





As Maintenance Coordinator, you will work as part of a team with responsibility for delivery of best-in-class retail experiences.



You will contribute to the service lifecycle to deliver excellent levels of service, provide a seamless customer experience, achieve commercial success and make a positive impact on the environment.




What you'll do:




Understand the contract including service outcome, scope, timelines and resource required Issuing supplier purchase orders and updating cost trackers and tracking sheets Administrating the management of transport for the service with client, partners and subcontractors Administrating the management of inventory from receipt to dispatch and returns Supporting the creation of support materials such as training guides, briefing documentation and booking in documentation Updating all systems required for the service; including Team Haven, PHQ, Clarity, Mintsoft etc Supporting the quality control process by reviewing work to ensure it aligns with the service agreement and brief Supporting the communication of the service status, milestones and risks and issues Building and maintaining positive relationships internally and externally



What you'll need:




Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Strong attention to detail Excellent IT skills with knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure Experience working in an administrative role GCSEs grade 4 and above in Math's and English * Knowledge and understanding of retail installations project management
