Job Description
Maintaining a care home of 25 beds
12.50 per hour rate for 3 month probation then 13 per hour
Assisting with fire alarm testing and recording
Monthly and weekly checks around the home
Painting and decorating (must be experienced)
Jobs around the home such as plumbing, joinery, building furniture
To have skills in plastering and tiling but will discuss more in-depth at the interview
Must have a clean driving licence
Need to cover emergency Rota
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.50-13.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
