Overview

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in electrical systems and be proficient in the use of both hand and power tools. This role is essential for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities by performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of electrical systems.

Responsibilities

Conduct routine inspections and maintenance of electrical systems and equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues, ensuring timely repairs to minimise downtime. Install, maintain, and repair wiring, fixtures, and control equipment. Collaborate with other maintenance staff to ensure comprehensive facility upkeep. Adhere to safety regulations and best practices while performing all tasks. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs conducted.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an electrician with a solid understanding of electrical systems. Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose issues quickly. Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications or qualifications in electrical work are advantageous but not mandatory.
