Due to continual expansion within our Building Services division, we are currently seeking a full-time experienced Electrician / Maintenance Operative to join our team. You will be based from Dunmurry but travel throughout NI.
Main responsibilities:
This role will require you to respond to various electrical installation, repair and maintenance requests throughout NI.
Complete documentation and test certificates.
Carry out work to high-quality standards.
Communicate effectively with householders and clients.
You may also be required to carry out other general maintenance duties.
Successful candidate will need to have:
A minimum of 1 year's previous experience essential
Valid CSR Card
NVQ level 2 or equivalent trade qualification
Valid 18th Edition and NICIEC Certificates.
Full UK Driving Licence
Salary subject to experience
