Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Maintenance Electrician

to join our team. This is a key role ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of heavy industrial machinery within a fast-paced environment.

In this hands-on position, you will:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on industrial machinery and electrical systems. Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnosing and repairing electrical faults to minimize downtime. Work with control systems, motors, drives, panels, and other electrical plant equipment. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability. Collaborate with engineering and production teams to prioritise maintenance activities. Maintain high standards of health, safety, and compliance.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

A recognized electrical qualification (time-served electrical apprenticeship or equivalent). Proven experience in a heavy industrial or manufacturing environment. Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills. A proactive, practical approach to maintenance work. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
