Job Description

Enertech have an excellent new opportunity for an electrical maintenance engineer to join our leading FM company .

We require an electrician (preferably with good knowledge of HVAC and electrical maintenance and testing) to carry out installation, repairs and testing on commercial properties predominantly in the North East

Rate of pay:

40 hrs per week Overtime available This will be determined by experience

Experience & Qualifications:

Preferred but not essential:

City and Guilds 2330-07 Level 3 (Electrical Installations) or alternative evidence of electrical skills set qualification. City and Guilds 2382-10 (18th Edition I.E.E wiring Regulations or equivalent) AM2 Experience in carrying out testing and inspection, reactive maintenance works and installation works Fire Alarm testing Fault finding Experience of working with the general public. Will have a full driving licence General Health and Safety responsibilities Asbestos Awareness IPAF PASMA
Salary and Perks

40,000 - 45,000 Depending on qualifications/certs and experience
