Maintenance Electrician \xe2\x80\x93 Static
Birmingham
\xc2\xa337 \xe2\x80\x93 \xc2\xa339,000 per annum
Permanent days role based in Birmingham City Centre, for an electrically biased engineer to work at a large office building. This role is working Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday, with no call out requirement.
Duties:
- Carrying out daily PPM and Reactive Maintenance tasks
- Carrying out daily emergency call-out tasks
- All Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS and lighting systems.
- Will be required to carry duties on toilets, drainage, tiling and sinks.
- First line support on mechanical plant including AHU\xe2\x80\x99s, fan coils, filter changes for air conditioning etc.
- General fabric maintenance duties including painting, basic plumbing.
- Qualified electrician to City and Guilds 236 Parts 1 and 2 and 17th or 18th edition or NVQ Level 3 electrical
- Commercial Building Maintenance Experience
- A proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
- Excellent customer service skills
- Honest, hard working and reliable
