n this role within our busy Maintenance Department, you'll learn the skills of becoming a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer and ensure the detailed, and timely maintenance and repairing of our Injection moulding machines, robots and associated equipment helping us deliver exceptional quality products to our valued clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

As part of the apprenticeship, you will be working towards the Mechatronics Maintenance Technician Level 3 qualification over a 3-year period, in partnership with the In-Comm Training centre based in Telford. During this time, you will gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in a real-world engineering environment.

Working hours

: Monday - Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 Friday 08:30 - 16:00

Your responsibilities will include:

Attend College 2.5 days per week as part of the structured training for 20 months.

Complete all required elements of the apprenticeship program in line with the agreed schedule.

Assist the Maintenance Team with the servicing, repair and maintenance of the company's machinery & equipment.

Help with the installation of new equipment and machinery

Collaborating with the production teams to support efficient plant operations.

Always adhering to the companies Health & safety standards and procedures

What we are looking for:

We're looking for someone who is detail-orientated, proactive, thrives in a fast-paced manual environment. Ideally, you'll bring:

A strong interest in mechanical & electrical engineering

A practical, hands-on approach to problem solving.

A Disciplined mindset with excellent attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft office applications

Strong organisational and time management skills

A collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively as part of a team

A minimum of GCSE Grade 5s (equivalent to B/C) or above in English & Maths
