Your Role
You will be part of the James Walker Bingley cross functional maintenance team. In this role you will be responsible for providing a responsive breakdown service to the manufacturing facility. You will also be responsible for planned maintenance on the mechanical and electric plant equipment. This role will also offer you the opportunity to support with projects and installation of new equipment.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out electrical maintenance and installation activities to James Walker standards.
Find faults and solutions across a wide range of James Walker equipment.
Carry out preventative maintenance work on James Walker equipment.
Work alongside and support other trades where necessary.
Interrogate PLC systems to assist with fault finding where appropriate.
Adhere to a Permit to Work system.
Contribute towards company and departmental success including the achievement of KPI's.
Maximise department efficiency and output.
Operate a right first time culture.
Have a willingness to embrace change and improvement.
Undertake any reasonable request from management.
Communicate and interact effectively at all levels

Current IEE Wiring Regulation Training(18 edition)
Project installation work
Working with Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Previous experience of carrying repairs to different types of Motor systems
Experience of working with HAAS,MAZAK,DMG,DSG,SODICK & DOOSAN CNC mIlling and turning machines
