Pertemps Bristol is recruiting for Maintenance Engineers for one of the nation's leading generator hire company based in BS30, Warmley. This company specialize in providing reliable, sustainable power solutions for various sectors, such as construction/infrastructure, electrical contractors and utilities, and various other applications.
Good customer service skills are needed, as you will be liaising with both internal and external contacts throughout the site.

• xc2xa330,000 per annum based on experience
• Monday to Friday role, possibility of overtime available

Key Responsibilities:
xc2xb7 Carry out general maintenance as required to buildings and outside areas. Working closely with other maintenance team members
xc2xb7 Carry out general maintenance as required to buildings and outside areas throughout the depot network, with some nights away
xc2xb7 Maintain workshop and yard areas
xc2xb7 Responsible for organising storage of new hire fleet and sales equipment to ensure that the workshop areas are well organised and kept tidy
xc2xb7 Responsible for moving and loading of equipment / liaising with yard staff to ensure equipment is dispatched by internal or external transport
xc2xb7 Carry out site visits to assess or carry out positioning or removal of equipment.
xc2xb7 Maintain workshop and yard areas.
xc2xb7 Carry out various additional tasks for all departments
xc2xb7 Comply with the company health and safety policy, including carrying out general housekeeping to ensure work areas are tidy. This includes company vehicles.
xc2xb7 Comply with all aspects of the company quality and environmental management standards (ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001: 2015) and occupational health and safety management best practice, proactively contributing to the company's continuous improvement programme.
Skills and Experience:
xc2xb7General maintenance skills
xc2xb7 Holder of current CSCS/CPCS/ECS card preferred
xc2xb7 Forklift Licence preferred
xc2xb7 MEWP Licences preferred
(Training can be given)
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills with a proven ability to work under their own initiative as well as part of a team. They must be able to demonstrate an ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
