The Role

We are seeking a proactive

Maintenance Person

to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring machinery, equipment, and site facilities are safe, reliable, and compliant with technical and health & safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on packhouse machinery and site facilities. Carry out building maintenance (Plumbing/Electrical experience desirable) Respond promptly to breakdowns, diagnosing faults and implementing effective solutions. Support compliance with health & safety, food safety, and technical standards. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report issues clearly. Work collaboratively with operational teams to minimise downtime and improve efficiency. Assist with site projects, installations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You

Practical, hands-on approach with strong problem-solving skills. Experience in mechanical/electrical maintenance (packhouse, food production, or similar environment desirable). Knowledge of health & safety requirements and safe working practices. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible, reliable, and committed to high standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 29,000.00-40,000.00 per year
