We are seeking a talented and driven Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to support our package handling operations in Castle Donington. This is your chance to join a global leader in logistics and make a real impact behind the scenes.
Maintain and repair a wide range of industrial equipment including conveyors, bulk carts, and power industrial systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and welding issues.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep operations running efficiently and safely.
Support building maintenance tasks including heating, ventilation, and electrical systems.
Work across rotating shifts (morning, evening, night) with flexibility for call-outs when needed.
What We're Looking For:
Experienced in industrial maintenance with strong fault-finding skills on conveyor systems and motor control circuits.
City & Guilds Certificate in Engineering or the BTEC in Operations and Maintenance
Comfortable working with single and three-phase power supplies.
Able to read and interpret electrical schematics and diagrams.
Ideally hold an electrical qualification but we consider strong mechanical candidates too.
Familiar with basic programming, motor control theory, and network troubleshooting.
A team player who can also work independently and take initiative.
Welding experience is a plus--but not essential.
