Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Maintenance Engineer to join our team.

Work alongside a dynamic maintenance team to deliver the required services, ensuring the building is maintained to the highest standard.

Participate in a 4 "on" 4 "off" shift pattern

Provide a customer facing highly responsive maintenance service to the health department

Undertake a wide range of reactive and planned maintenance tasks and carry these out to a very high standard

Provide technical guidance, assistance and information to other members of the maintenance team

Work with a high level of multi-skilling and flexibility

Responsibilities

Previously worked within a maintenance environment.

Worked on Mechanical Systems, DHW, LPHW, CHW , Ventilation Systems

Previous Pipe Fitting

Worked on Steam Systems (desirable)

Assist other skilled trades in carrying out maintenance, repairs, testing, inspection and installation work.

Heating and domestic water services General Electrical services such as lighting and power

Air handling units

Low voltage electrical distribution system and switchgear Emergency standby generating plant

Fire alarm systems and emergency lighting Electrical control systems

Building Management System

Skills

Previously worked within a maintenance environment.

Worked on Mechanical Systems, DHW, LPHW, CHW , Ventilation Systems

Previous Pipe Fitting

Worked on Steam Systems (desirable)

NVQ2 or equivalent in maintenance services

DBS Required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Temporary
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: Up to 36,800.00 per year
