As a Maintenance Engineer, your duties will include:

Providing effective and efficient reactive electrical & mechanical maintenance support, documenting findings, and ensuring timely resolution. Developing and adhering to Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and Predictive Maintenance routines, using KPIs to track progress and share results. Fault identification and preventive measures to reduce machine downtime. Overseeing refurbishments, installations, improvements, and modifications to minimise downtime and optimise equipment performance. Conducting reliability routines, including PPMs, Electrical Standards, CBM routines, to enhance asset performance. Sourcing and ordering parts/equipment as needed. Collaborating with the Engineering Manager in identifying and estimating small electrical/mechanical projects to drive material usage, efficiency, uptime, and maintenance cost improvements. Maintenance Engineer desired skills and experience: Proven experience within an industrial manufacturing environment. Flexibility with working hours and shift work. Relevant manufacturing/engineering qualifications (Level 3 in Engineering and/or higher)
