Maycast-Nokes are manufacturers of Aerospace / Commercial and Industrial Aluminium & Steel castings. We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer with a Mechanical bias to join our team.

We use a diverse range of machinery from Wax Injection Machines to the most modern of CNC Machines. Your role will be to support the smooth running of the factory, resolving breakdowns and delivering planned maintenance. Alongside this, you will drive improvements across the site, introducing new machinery and ensuring quality, and performance are maximised.

Our ideal candidate would have the following skills;

Multi-skilled engineer with a mechanical bias. That you have been in a proactive engineering role within a maintenance department. Competent knowledge and skill with both electrical and mechanical elements of equipment and machinery Metalwork, welding and fabrication experience. A forklift licence would be an advantage Full UK driving licence. You are prepared to work as part of a team and for on-call duties.
Working hours - 40 per week Monday - Friday 7.45 am to 4.15 pm. Flexibility to work on a Saturday when required (overtime rate applies).
