We are a friendly, growing business based in West Kingsdown, Kent (TN15), looking to strengthen our project management team.

Summary

Maintaining client sites and security systems inclusive of any day to day small installation works. Maintaining Trans Comms' head office and grounds.

Supporting the Project Manager with providing a maintenance function in line with the maintenance contract for key customers. Delivering excellent operational performance and customer services in line with Trans Comms' and client expectations.

Responsibilities

Carry out site works as required ensuring excellent quality of work, outstanding levels of customer service and completion of work in a timely manner. Providing the Project Manager with regular updates/reporting, within a meeting environment. Utilising sign off and documentation to help achieve this and be able to evidence it is taking place. General planned and ad hoc building and grounds maintenance at Trans Comms' head office. Comply with company policies, standards and initiatives. Ensure works are compliant with all legislation, Health & Safety matters, policy and good practice.

Required Skills:

Experience with installation, commissioning and maintaining video surveillance and access control. Good understanding of networks and data cabling. Good practical maintenance knowledge. Ability to plan, organise and manage your diary/time. Ability to problem solve and work on own initiative and within a team. Excellent written and communication skills. Experience of improving internal and external customer relationships and conflict handling. Proficient in Microsoft packages - Excel, Teams and Word. ECS Card advantageous and any other H&S training (can be undertaken during employment). Full driving licence (with no more than 6 points on). A DBS Enhanced check will be required (undertaken by Trans Comms at our expense).
A company van will be provided.

Pay: 30,000.00-35,000.00 per year
