Job Title: TMV (Thermostatic Mixing Valve) Servicing & General Maintenance Technician

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: 180-220 a day depending on experience

Job Type: part time possibly to full time

Hours: Monday to Friday

The sites are in various locations throughout the south. transport to and from site provided.

We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated TMV Servicing & General Maintenance Technician to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities:

Perform regular servicing, testing, and maintenance of Thermostatic Mixing Valves (TMVs) to ensure they comply with safety and health regulations. Diagnose and repair TMV-related issues to maintain optimum water temperature safety. Conduct general maintenance tasks such as plumbing repairs and minor building repairs. Maintain accurate records of services performed and parts used. Conduct site inspections to identify any additional required repairs or potential issues. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times.
Requirements:

Proven experience in TMV servicing and general maintenance work. Plumbing qualifications Knowledge of TMV regulations and water safety standards. Ability to perform a range of maintenance tasks, including plumbing, basic electrical work, and repairs. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a self employed role
Desirable:

Relevant qualifications in plumbing or mechanical engineering. Experience working in commercial or industrial buildings.
