Job Description

Reporting to the Engineering & Facilities Manager the role will involve the following

Working as part of a good team with extremely low staff turnover, to complete planned preventative maintenance work as well as routine and reactive maintenance on the plant and equipment. Project work to further develop efficiencies and reduce downtime, 80% mechanical, 20% basic electrical.

Key Skills

Confident team player with initiative who communicates well. Experience preferably in the Ceramic Tableware Industry or Quarry Industry

Requirements

Level 3 in an engineering discipline

Two years maintenance experience

Summary

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be essential in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and systems. Reporting to the Maintenance Team Leader & Engineering & Facilities Manager, your role focuses on performing maintenance tasks to uphold operational standards. With core skills in maintenance practices, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly. We expect you to contribute to a safe working environment while optimizing equipment performance and minimizing downtime.
