Purpose
To support the full business operations to ensure delivery to customer is delivered at a high standardby carrying out scheduled maintenance work, being proactive in relation to reoccurring machinery faults and responding effectively to equipment breakdowns.
Role and Responsibilities
Provide daily support the Shift Leader with allocation of tasks / projects
Provide proactive and reactive engineering maintenance across the business
Troubleshoot breakdowns across a range of equipment ensuring minimal production downtime
Identify and resolve engineering issues ensuring optimum running time within Production areas
Endure fast and efficient response under breakdown conditions
Diagnose faults and proactively problem solve
Complete and maintain all administration duties, including, historical records of breakdowns and PPMs
Communicate technical & operational issues in a timely manner to relevant departments as directed to do so
Perform ancillary building maintenance around the site and outlying buildings and houses of multiple occupancy
Be a key role with developing and delivering site engineering practices
Promote/encourage continuous improvement, lean and 5S within the company
Management of workload and daily tasks set by the Engineering Manager
Identify spares requirements / maintain stock levels, reporting back to Engineering Manager for purchase
Ensure all duties are carried out with regard to LWS policies and procedures, in particular Health and Safety
Adhere to LWS Health and Safety policies and procedures
Adhere to LWS Hygiene policies and procedures
Assist in the execution of departmental projects

Role Requirements
- Engineering and Maintenance qualification L3+
- Electrical/Electronics' qualification L3+
- Proficient IT competencies, including Microsoft Office, Word and Excel
- Capable of delivering reports using excel
- Understanding of a safe working environment
- Fluent English language, both verbal and written
- Willingness to enhance induvial knowledge in areas of development
