The Role
This position involves maintaining production machinery, responding quickly to breakdowns, working with production teams to resolve issues, following safe working practices, and contributing to improvements in equipment performance and reliability.
Who This Role Suits
This role is suited to a motivated, proactive, hands-on engineer with strong experience in fast-moving production or food manufacturing. Someone who uses initiative, confidently fault-finds, works well under pressure, communicates clearly, and is comfortable getting involved wherever needed. Flexibility to support shift cover and urgent maintenance is essential.
Essential Requirements
Minimum three years' engineering experience. English language skills required for safe and compliant working. Applicants must already have the right to work in the UK, as visa sponsorship is not available.
