It also supplies the UK private label yogurt market from a dedicated, state of the art yogurt facility.

We're excited to offer this opportunity due to an internal promotion-our previous Maintenance Excellence Manager has stepped up to become our new Central Maintenance Excellence Manager! Now, we're looking for a passionate and driven individual to continue that legacy of excellence.
About the Role
As our Maintenance Excellence Manager, you'll be at the forefront of delivering value through world-class asset care. You'll lead the implementation of our Maintenance Excellence Roadmap, champion reliability and performance improvements, and embed a culture of continuous improvement across our engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the annual Maintenance Excellence implementation plan
  • Drive critical engineering processes and reliability-centred maintenance (RCM)
  • Champion root cause analysis and top-loss performance improvement
  • Enhance CMMS usage and inventory management strategies
  • Support Autonomous Maintenance and 5S initiatives
  • Facilitate RCM workshops and develop standard routines for critical equipment
  • Collaborate across teams to deliver cost-effective maintenance solutions
  • Promote a strong safety culture and operational excellence mindset
What You'll Bring
  • Proven experience in maintenance leadership within a manufacturing or FMCG environment
  • Strong knowledge of CMMS systems (e.g., SAP, Movex, Mainsaver)
  • Expertise in RCA, FMECA, and lean methodologies
  • Excellent people management and coaching skills
  • A passion for continuous improvement and innovation
  • Ability to influence and collaborate across functions and levels
