We are currently recruiting for a

Maintenance & Food and Beverage Operative

to join our team for the 2025 season. Based along the stunning harbour front of Padstow, Cornwall, you'll have the opportunity to work across a variety of outlets, including restaurants, cafes, and takeaways. If you have a passion for hospitality and some prior experience with maintenance jobs and the food industry, we'd love to hear from you. Various start dates are available, with the role running through to mid-September 2025, and potential for extension beyond that.

Must have a full, clean driving license.

What you will be doing:

Provide exceptional food and drink service in a fast-paced environment Managing waste and recycling processes for the business Help bring in deliveries and distribute to appropriate areas Attend to adhoc jobs as required to ensure smooth running of the business Assist with food preparation and ensure efficient service Maintain high standards of cleanliness across all establishments Support the smooth operation of food service areas Uphold the company's positive image and contribute to a welcoming workplace Deliver top-quality, efficient service to ensure an outstanding dining experience for customers

What we're looking for:

A friendly, approachable personality with a natural ability to make others feel welcome Full, clean driving license Physically fit as this role can be demanding Ability to perform well under pressure, take initiative, and solve problems Solid understanding of food allergens Food Hygiene Level 2 (desirable) Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen or food service environment Strong team player with flexibility to work according to a rota
