Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our building company. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance, and installation tasks across our facilities. This role requires a proactive approach to ensuring the safety, functionality, and aesthetic appeal of our premises. The ideal applicant will possess a broad range of technical skills, including all types of general building work, along with strong leadership and customer service abilities. Be willing to work with the team or alone and be willing to jump on any type of jib that is necessary on that day.

Duties

To help the main builder to carry out work, from stripping out a bathroom to decoration. All types of general handyman works around private properties.

Requirements

Proven experience in maintenance or related fields Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Good command of English, both written and spoken Customer service skills with a professional attitude towards clients and colleagues Working alone and or working with a team. CIS registered (Construction Industry Scheme). Have your own vehicle to travel between premises. Have your own tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 150.00-170.00 per day
