Overview

We are seeking a skilled and versatile Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a broad range of Mechanical skills and experience in various maintenance tasks, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

Duties

Perform general maintenance and repairs on buildings, fixtures, and equipment. Conduct welding tasks as required for structural repairs or modifications. Read and interpret schematics for various systems to ensure proper installation and maintenance. Provide mechanical knowledge to assist in the upkeep of machinery and equipment. Supervise maintenance projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Skills

Proven experience in maintenance or maintenance person roles with a strong mechanical aptitude. Familiarity with welding techniques and equipment. Ability to read schematics and technical drawings accurately. Proficient in English, both written and spoken, for effective communication with clients and team members. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a commitment to safety practices.
