Key Responsibilities:
Attend to joinery-related issues in occupied, newly-built homes.
Complete all tasks in a professional, timely, and efficient manner.
Carry out repairs, replacements, and installations in accordance with company standards.
Ensure high-quality finishing of all work completed.
Communicate effectively with homeowners, maintaining a professional and friendly demeanour.
Be punctual,
tidy
, and respectful of customers' property at all times.
Manage the maintenance of tools and equipment, ensuring everything is in good working order.
Adhere to health and safety regulations while on-site.
Qualifications and Skills:
Proven experience in
housebuilding joinery
with a high level of craftsmanship.
Ability to complete work within allocated timeframes.
Strong attention to detail, with an emphasis on
quality finishing
.
Excellent customer service skills.
Punctual and well-organized, with a professional approach to work.
Full driving license
and own tools required.
CSCS card
(Construction Skills Certification Scheme).
