Maintenance Manager (Machine Shop)

48,000 - 55,000 + Days Based + 33 Days + Private Healthcare + Additional Company Benefits

You will be based in or commutable from one of the following locations:

Cambuslang, East Kilbride, Coatbridge, Bellshill, Glasgow.

Other locations will also be considered.

Do you come from a maintenance background within a machine shop based environment or similar and are looking for a day-based role within a company who are the forefront of their industry?

In this role you will work as a Maintenance Manager to minimise downtime and maximise output across a busy precision manufacturing business who are passionate about continued employee investment and their excellent benefits package.

The company are at the forefront of their industry and supply their products to a range of blue chip clients across the world, due to expanding order books and continued expansion they are now looking to further expand head count across all sites.

This role will suit someone from a maintenance background with experience in a machine shop-based environment looking for a long-term permanent position.

The Role:

- Working as a Maintenance Manager to manage the maintenance team and department to minimise downtime and maximise output across a machine shop/CNC-based environment.

- Further duties of the role will include but are not limited to: CMMS, Managing a team, Preventive maintenance, HSE, Continuous Improvement and much more.

- Someone who can manage the team but is also happy to be on hands on and lead from the front

- Days Based (Monday-Friday) (40 hours).

The Person:

- Maintenance Engineering background

- Previous experience in a similar level role

- Previous experience in a CNC or Machine shop-based environment

- Mechanical and Electrical background

- Looking for a long-term permanent position

Pay: 48,000.00-55,000.00 per year
