45,000 - 50,000 + Progression to Supervisor + Fantastic Training + Days Based + 33 Days Holiday + 7.5% pension with 9% matched
Commutable from Port Talbot, Swansea, Merthyr Tydfil, Bridgend, Porthcawl, Llaneli, Abergavenny, Carmarthen, and surrounding areas
Are you a Maintenance Engineer or Manufacturing Engineer looking to catapult your career with full industry training to allow you to become a technical expert in Maintenance and Continuous Improvement, all the while transitioning into a Manager/ Supervisor with enhanced responsibilities to truly make a stamp in a growing organisation?

This company are a niche manufacturer with multiple sites across the UK and plans for continual growth. This is a new role in the business, developed to push forward the quality standard of both the Continuous Improvements aspects and Maintenance efficiency.

You will work to improve aspects of Maintenance Engineering within the company as well as Continuous Improvement functions in the business.
This role would suit either a Maintenance Engineer or someone from a Manufacturing / Continuous Improvements background who is looking to step into a leadership position and diversify your skillsets in the industry.

• Leading a site maintenance engineer

The Person:

• Maintenance Engineering background or Continuous Improvement
• Manufacturing background
• Hands on engineering experience
