Maintenance Operative

Hours: 21 hours per week
Salary : 13,760 pro rata (full time equiv 24,570 per annum ; 12.60 per hour)

This hands-on position involves conducting general repairs, property inspections, and ensuring health and safety standards are met within multiple properties. The Maintenance Operative will assist in set up and furnishing of new properties, transporting essential items, and supporting the Asset Manager with operational and logistical tasks.

About the role

Perform general maintenance and non-specialist repairs across multiple accommodation sites. Conduct regular property inspections and promptly report any issues or concerns, ensuring all properties comply with relevant health and safety regulations. Assist in the setup of new accommodation projects, including purchase, collection, and delivery of essential items and equipment for properties. Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and property conditions.

About you

Experience in a similar maintenance role Full UK driving licence, preferably with access to own vehicle Able to work independently
