Job Overview:



West Midlands - Birmingham



This role will involve all aspects of responsive property as well as planned maintenance.

Responsibilities & Duties:



Oversee maintenance of common part areas Painting Basic Plumbing Basic carpentry including door hanging (Essential) Lock changing (Essential) Gardening including fencing Bathrooms and kitchen repairs Furniture / Rubbish removals Cleaning (desirable) Problem solving

Essential

Basic carpentry including door hanging Lock changing Driving license

Basic knowledge of gas boilers and electric heating systems

Working Schedule:

Monday to Friday, 9am - 5.30pm
