West Nine Construction, a leading construction company based in West London, is seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Operative to join our dynamic team.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on a variety of residential projects, ensuring high-quality maintenance services for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform a range of maintenance tasks, including carpentry, painting, minor electrical work, and basic plumbing repairs. Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across various sites in West London. Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients to ensure excellent service delivery. Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used. Adhere to health and safety regulations and ensure a clean and tidy work environment.

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence (essential). Strong IT skills for record-keeping and communication. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written. Proven background with relevant experience or qualifications. Strong communication skills, with a focus on teamwork and client interaction. Professional and presentable demeanour. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
